For about 60 minutes, he went around floors 7th, 14th, 15th, and 20th to greet and give directions to employees. He ensured the presence of full employees after the Christmas and New Year 2023 holidays and urged them to work well according to the main duties and functions (tupoksi).

"I'm in touch with them (ASNs) and want to see the current work arrangement. Is there anything different or changed," he expressed.

In the digital era now, he explained, the staffing work process and coordination between substance devices could be faster and easier.

"Hopefully, they can keep abreast of technological developments, making work easier," he explained.

Jakarta BKD Head, Maria Qibtya explained that during the visit, the Acting Governor saw the staffing work process related to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) mechanism that had been set.

He monitored the workspace of every field in the offices, such as planning, public welfare, control, and development sectors.

"He directs us to work precisely. If we do the assessment must be done objectively by the substance. Hope it will be a motivation for us," she closed.
